Textile Nano Coating

Chemona's Textile Nano Coating provides optimal protection for textiles and various fabrics. This coating is ideal for materials such as outdoor cushions, tent canvas, clothing, sails, and all kinds of textiles. The textile coating also extends the lifespan of Gore-Tex.

Stain-resistant layer

The nano-coating forms a stain-resistant layer that protects the fibers from liquids, dirt, and grease, such as red wine, chocolate, and oil-based substances, without affecting the fabric's properties. The result is a water-repellent (hydrophobic) and stain-resistant material with a flexibility of up to 200%.

Important to note: this coating doesn't seal the fabric with a plastic layer, but rather protects the fibers themselves, allowing the fabric to remain breathable. The denser the fiber structure, such as with fine cotton, the better the protection with minimal application.

Clean the surface
Make sure the fabric is clean, dry, and free of grease and dust before you begin. Textile Coat works best on new or recently cleaned fabrics.

Applying the coating
Shake the bottle well before use and spray the coating evenly by carefully spraying the surface with a spray bottle. Pay special attention to seams and stitching, as these areas are most susceptible to moisture and dirt.

Let it dry
Allow the treated surface to dry for approximately 45 minutes. For optimal and long-lasting results, we recommend repeating the treatment after drying. Once completely dry, the textile is ready for use and will be permanently protected.
