Nano-Next from TNO
In addition to impeccable quality, it is of great importance to Chemona that the products can be processed safely in a suitable environment. In order to map this out properly, Chemona has been working with the Nano-Next institute of TNO since 2012. TNO has conducted extensive research into the possible safety and health risks for processors of nanocoatings. Many different situations and projects have been monitored and Nano-Next has collected data on the fine dust particles released when processing Chemona nanocoatings.
With these findings, TNO/Nano-Next has drawn up sound advice for the safe application of products. Based on this, Chemona has determined which procedure and personal protective equipment are required to process the products safely.
