At the Schoolmeesterpad in Leiden, Vastgoedonderhoud Leiden successfully carried out a facade renovation in which the outdated Trespa facade elements were treated with a durable protective layer. The work is part of a broader maintenance approach aimed at sustainable preservation, aesthetic restoration and limitation of future maintenance.

PontMeyer has started a large-scale renovation project of its branches, with the aim of improving the customer experience, modernising the appearance of the stores and optimising the functionality of the spaces. In this context, special attention is being paid to the shop floors, which are exposed to intensive traffic of customers, staff and goods movements on a daily basis.

The powder-coated fences were in poor condition due to long-term exposure to changing weather conditions, air pollution and intense UV radiation. The original colour had largely disappeared and the surface looked matt and weathered. Especially for fences in outdoor environments such as industrial estates, schools or public spaces, colour retention and protection are of crucial importance, both aesthetically and functionally.
